About us

A great story always starts with a great team

Our success story began with the merger of two companies that complement each other perfectly: The consulting firm susform brings over 25 years of ESG experience from international Big Four companies, while the software company dectria stands for modern, intuitive solutions in the digital space. From this combination of domain expertise and technological innovation, NetCero was born — 100% self-financed and completely independent from external investors. Today, over 100 customers and partners — including numerous international corporations — trust NetCero. This makes us the market leader for sustainability management and ESG reporting software solutions in Austria — and we are on our way to becoming one of the leading providers in Europe.

Our understanding

What does sustainability mean to us?

Sustainability is the foundation of our business model

With NetCero we help companies embed sustainability in their core business — practically, pragmatically, audit-ready. Our integrated knowledge platform builds ESG expertise across the organisation. Guided workflows give your team back time — time they invest in strategy and real change, not paperwork.

We live sustainability internally — as a principle for responsible growth

Unlike many tech start-ups, we are 100% self-financed and grow organically. That independence lets us think long-term, hold our values, and create real impact — for customers and for society.
